REMOTE SUPPORT VIA ISL LIGHT

Aquarius can help you with your support query by remotely accessing your computer. This helps us test your issues and make any changes without you having to be involved.

To do this you will need to install a small piece of software on your computer from our support partners ISL.

Download the applicable software for you computer platform by clicking the ISL button opposite.

When you run the program follow the on-screen prompts.

When you call us with a support query you will need to run ISL Light and enter a unique code which you will be told by our support technician. This will start your session.

Then leave the rest to us.
