Making headlines at the FORS conference
Thursday 26th September 2019
Aquarius IT shows its support for FORS (Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme) by becoming the headline sponsor at the 2019 Members' Conference, which takes place in Birmingham on Tuesday 15th October.
Aquarius IT, the developers of ClockWatcher Elite, have been a FORS Associate since 2017 and more recently have been working closely with members in response to them wanting a Document Management System that can provide a quick and efficient way for digitally broadcasting internal memos such as policy updates and training materials to drivers and employees.
At the 2019 conference, Aquarius IT will officially launch the new Document Management System and will be offering FORS members a 20% discount on the new IT solution, which can be supplied as part of a ClockWatcher Elite subscription package or as a separate stand-alone software solution.
Mark Johnston, Aquarius IT's Customer Service Director, said: "The FORS conference is the ideal event to headline and launch Document Management, as its development has largely been driven by the members on the back of conversations with operators, trainers and auditors."
"Since becoming an FORS Associate, we have formed great relationships with members who are all dedicated to raising standards and achieving exemplary levels of best practice in safety and efficiency. This resonates and aligns with our own service proposition of being able to provide digital solutions that facilitate these most important fleet management and compliance processes - and Document Management is one proven example of how we can build solutions around member's operational needs and for the benefit of the wider road transport industry," added Mark, who will at the 2019 conference providing demonstrations.
FORS Director John Hix said, "We are delighted to have Aquarius IT involved in the Conference, which is a pivotal event in our calendar, and FORS members will no doubt be interested to meet the team at the conference."
The FORS Members Conference is free to attend for FORS members, and this year's theme is Safer, Smarter, Greener. Delegates are also able to claim 3.5 Driver CPD points for attending.
