Aquarius puts Clockwatcher Elite centre stage at Euro Bus Expo 2026

Aquarius IT will put its ClockWatcher Elite tachograph analysis software centre stage at Euro Bus Expo 2026, demonstrating how more than 20 years of continual development, transport industry expertise and personal customer support are helping coach and bus operators make compliance easier to manage.

Designed to make complex driver and tachograph information easier to manage, understand and report on, ClockWatcher Elite gives operators greater visibility of their data, helping them prepare for audits, evidence compliance and make informed, data-led, operational decisions.

Importantly for Aquarius, however, the technology is only part of the story.

As an independent UK business, Aquarius has always prioritised reliable, personal customer support, with an experienced team on hand to answer questions, provide guidance on using the software and help operators get the most from its functionality. This close relationship with customers also plays an important role in the continued development of ClockWatcher Elite, with feedback and real-world operational requirements helping to shape new features and enhancements.

Alongside ClockWatcher Elite, visitors will be able to see Asset Maintenance, with both driver and fleet management solutions DVSA-accredited for Earned Recognition, as well as Aquarius’ integrated DVLA-approved Licence Check functionality.

The Aquarius App will also be demonstrated, supporting everyday operational processes including vehicle defect checks, incident reporting, time and attendance, document sharing and driver communications.

For coach operators travelling internationally, Aquarius will also be showcasing two developments designed to support cross-border operations.

Its new Schengen Planner, available within Time & Attendance, helps operators and employees keep track of time spent within the Schengen Zone. With trips recorded by country, the Planner shows how many days an individual has used towards the permitted 90 days within a rolling 180-day period, supporting the planning and management of international journeys.

Visitors will also be able to see Aquarius’ Clandestine Check functionality, available through the Aquarius App. Based on the Border Force checklist, it enables drivers to digitally record vehicle security checks, including photographic evidence, date and time stamps and GPS location, creating an auditable record of the checks undertaken.

Together, these solutions form part of Aquarius’ wider #ConnectedCompliance approach, bringing together driver, vehicle and operational information through its connected software suite to help operators reduce administration, strengthen compliance and improve visibility across their operation.

Mark Johnston, Managing Director at Aquarius IT, said: “Technology is important, but for us it has never just been about the software. ClockWatcher Elite has evolved for more than 20 years because we understand transport compliance and, importantly, because we listen to the people using it every day.

“Coach and bus operators are managing huge amounts of information across their drivers, vehicles and operations. Our job is to make that information easier to understand and more useful, so they can manage compliance effectively, make informed decisions and ultimately improve safety and efficiency.

“Equally, our customers know that when they need help, there is an experienced person at Aquarius they can speak to. That reliable, personal support has always been a priority for us and Euro Bus Expo gives us the opportunity to meet operators face-to-face, understand the challenges they are facing and demonstrate the technology and expertise we can offer.”

Visitors to Euro Bus Expo 2026 can meet the Aquarius team on Stand 164 to see the software in action, discuss their individual driver and fleet management requirements and discover how Aquarius can support their operation.
