All checks within the app are uniquely customisable, so you can tailor the content, prompts, and processes to align with your company’s operational needs and compliance policies.

Daily Driver Defect Reporting
Log and submit pre-drive checks, any damage and defects or nil-defects, directly from the app with photo evidence and real-time syncing and geo-location.
Includes full digital traceability from driver to depot to workshop – helping speed up repairs and reduce VOR days.
Gate Check Integration
Aligns with any group or depot-based Gate Check inspections to verify that daily checks are being completed appropriately
Discrepancies between the original defect reporting and gate results are flagged and can trigger investigations, which are automatically linked to the driver’s record.
Incident Reporting
Quickly capture and report incidents or near misses directly from the scene. Use guided forms, photos, and geo-tagging to ensure prompt investigations, simplify potential claims, and protect your staff and business
Time & Attendance
Access shift times, breaks, absences, and holidays – with data that pushes directly into payroll and HR systems via API. Retorque – Flags when a wheel requires retorquing and enables recording of the retorque value for accurate maintenance records.
Emergency Check – Allows immediate notification of in-service defects and roadside emergencies to support rapid response and ensure safety.
Ancillary – Enables drivers to manually record additional data, including fuel consumption, AdBlue usage, and temperature.
Driver Decision Support (DDS) – Uses tachograph DDS data to show real-time driving and rest totals.
Vehicle Height Indicators – Allows easy recording and photo capture of vehicle height, including trailer-specific adjustments, as part of the driver defect check.
