Trish Kemp
Customer Service Exec
Trish has worked on our customer service helpdesk since 2000 and using her experience she ensures customers get the support they need. Trish says her favourite part of the job is the daily interactions she has with customers; be it helping with the initial set-up, arranging training, or just having a chat with them to make sure they are ok.
Ian Hudson
IT Support Technician
Based in our Warrington office, Ian is our Technical Support Engineer and he works alongside the sales and support teams to help customers with all software and hardware-related queries. He is also responsible for managing all of the office’s IT equipment, which includes assisting with our support and admin systems to ensure customers receive an effortless experience on- and off-line.
Lloyd Jones
IT Support Technician
Lloyd is a pivotal member of our support team, and in his role as Technical Support Engineer, he enjoys assisting customers and guiding them through the software; he especially thrives on resolving complex support cases to the satisfaction of customers. Lloyd is also our official in-house photographer, and in his spare time, he runs his own photography business in Warrington.

Connor Haslam
IT Support Technician
Connor is another one of our Technical Support Engineers, and he has worked in this role for the last 4.5 years providing customers with support on software and hardware related issues. He is also one of database management experts and troubleshooters. In his own words he loves the ‘vibe’ of Aquarius and gains great satisfaction from helping customers.
Erin Jones
Technical Support Exec
Erin is our customer’s first-line point of contact for technical support and ensures all queries are directed to the appropriate team member for follow-up. Her favourite part of the job is the daily interaction with customers and meeting them in person at trade shows.
